Sigma Systems Appoints Regional Vice President for Customer Success in the United Kingdom

Toronto, Canada – 16 October 2019 – Sigma Systems, the global leader in catalog-driven software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Morris as the Regional Vice President for Customer Success in the United Kingdom.

In his new role at Sigma Systems, Robert will directly oversee strategic customer relationships in the United Kingdom, responsible for ensuring successful product deployments and outcomes, as well as technical and knowledge enablement. He will also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, supporting sales and new business efforts in the country.

Robert joins Sigma Systems from Telefonica UK, where he held a variety of roles, and was instrumental in providing change management leadership and creating the environment for organizational transformation. He was also responsible for business operations and technology delivery for the mobile payments, advertising and health start-up units. Prior to that, Robert worked at France Telecom and Accenture.
